Spa Guidelines & Policies – What to Expect

Late Arrival for Appointment:

If you are late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full.

Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere and our team.

Cancellation policy


      • A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

        • A 24 hour cancellation notice is required.

          • Clients are charged 100% fee for not showing up.

            • Clients are charged 50% fee for late cancellations under 24 hours notice.

              • No call no show will not be allowed to book again unless service is paid in advance.

            Payment Methods:

            Cash for gratuities is preferred.

            We take many forms of payment:

                • Afterpay

              Gift Cards:

              All gift cards sales are final, no refunds.

              Gift cards are like cash and can NOT be replaced if lost or stolen.


              Children are only permitted in our spa studio when the child is receiving a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We feel as a business, children who visit the spa during their parents’ appointments or children who are unattended in the salon pose a safety issue. We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.
              We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
              Clients who arrive for their appointment with children may be asked to reschedule.

              We would love for you to relax as well!

              Extra Guests:

              In order to keep our capacity down during this time, there will be no extra guests (including children). Please do your part and keep friends and family at home during your appointment.

              Wet Season:

              During wet weather and snow please bring extra pair of shoes to change into or remove shoes, disposable slippers available.

              Refund Policy On Products 

              We stand behind the quality of every product we produce. Due to the nature of our small-batch, handmade products, we do not accept returns or process exchanges. However, we want to make sure you are happy with your experience. Please read below for specifics.

              Please note that we will not issue refunds for:

              • Products where you dislike the scent or an ingredient in the product.
              • Ingredient Allergies. Please read the entire ingredient list offered with each product. We offer this detail for you to make informed decisions prior to your purchase. 
              • Sales items or discontinued items.
              • Gift cards.

              Should you have an issue outside of the parameters noted above, please contact us within 15 days of your purchase date at [email protected]   with your name, order number, and a brief explanation of the issue.
